During reverse engineering everything were a dependency can be exist on must
be reachable by the system classpath. This is true for the simple
java.lang.String and for all other classes regardless if they exist inside
the rose model.

Now I've included a *.jar in the classpath which contains HttpServlet and it
works, i.e I'm able to reverse engineer the Servlet-class in Visual Age.
I thought that it would be enough to start with the J2EE-framework when
creating a project. After that the HttpServelt class was visible in the
browser window of Rose and I believed this would be sufficient for the
reverse engineering of Servlet-classes.

Did you include the j2ee jar files in the classpath.
If that not works, uses HttpServlet a class that is not reachable via the
classpath.

Other classes were reverse engineered without problems. I included the
J2EE-Framework before the reverse engineering the source code in Visual Age.
