Did you try the switch <RefreshFilesOnAppActivate=No> in Rose.ini?
You need to set this for every user, in his <user>/Settings/.. directory.
(Search foer Rose.ini on all local drives).

Betreff: (ROSE) Rose gaining focus again.
Hi all,
Does anyone know if there's a way to turn off the check that Rose does to
the verify for changes - done to controlled units by other user - every time
you go to another application and then go back to Rose?
Our model takes about 30 seconds to come back again.
