Michael, some large accounts do qualify as Rational Trainers (we've got a program for this:-). Also I found several non-Rational companies giving training for several Rational areas (like (R)UP, UML (with Rose:-), ConfigManagement (with ClearCase))... But by now, I only saw some local (germanic area) activities that were mainly project oriented. Regarding your conrete question: you can get the book of Terry Quatrani without buying rose (i.e. amazon).
