I have a couple of books I haven't read yet but look to be good and
complete.
"Fundamentals of Object-Oriented Design in UML" by Meilir Page-Jones, from
Addison Wesley
and the other which may not be exactly what your looking for but still worth
a look is
"Objects, Components, and Frameworks with UML - The Catalysis Approach" by
Desmond Francis D'Souza and Alan Cameron Wills, also from Addison Wesley
