There is no designated place at this time.
3 solutions.
1) use the existing documentation fields, every modeling element does
have one.
2) put your OCL constraints in a note and anchor it to the element
of your choice.
3) create a new property for the modeling element and add the OCL
in it. You do this by writing a script.
