CASEWise has an integration to Rose - they are Rational Technology Partners.
This import/export facility links use cases in Rose and CASEWise, and is
available on the CD that you use to install the CASEWise product. Talk to
your local CASEWise people for more info - they should be able to help. If
you don't get any luck there - let me know and I will try and help
