(ROSE) Missing stored procedures

Hi, I reverse engineerd a SQLServer2000 database to a rose Schema, now i'm missing some stored procedures in the rose model > does anyone know why this happens? I don't get it why some SP's are engineered correctly and some not at al   greets, vincent
