Do you have the Patch1 applied to the Rose2000 ?
I had a similar problem (Properties under controlled unit
saved, but when next time Rose was started, the defaults
were loaded).
I remember a rational tech support member mentioned
a while ago that this is a know problem and will be
solved with the Patch1.
For me, now the problem was really solved.
