The assumption that the user has been signed in is not always true. For
example, many travel sites allow users to check flight availability without
login, but required users to login when they are ready to save the
itinerary. In the prepare itinerary use case, the login is executed only
when the user saves the itinerary without login. I am having difficulty of
thinking login as a pre-condition for this use case.
