Have a look at the http://www.rationalrose.com web site.
I think their reportgen.ebs script includes diagrams.
You also could extend the standard reportgen.ebs script. The way to include
a diagram is :
aDiagram.RenderEnhanced tmpFileName
WordApp.InsertPicture tmpFileName, false, false

How can I make my documentations print with the associated diagrams? I
would like to have the documentations with the diagrams for easy reports
