re: the second problem - documentation field on messages on sequence
diagrams:
The documentation on the message in the sequence diagram is really
documentation about the usage of that operation instance in that diagram -
not documentation about the operation on the message. Even so - you are
just one click away from the operation documentation: Make sure the message
is highlighted in the message specification dialog, then chose the Browse
selected button on the bottom of the dialog - this takes you to the actual
operation and its documentation.
Not sure how to fix your first problem (sorry).
