Just to expand a little on what Davor made mention of.
Most likely your schema is set to ANSI.  Double click on <<schema>> schema
name,
in Rose browswer to open schema specification.  Target needs to be
something other than ANSI (default).   With ANSI you don't get triggers
or stored procedures.  To do this right click on Component View
package in browser, data modeler, new, Database.  Then click on DB
icon that was created to go into DB spec.  Set target.  You can then
go back to schema spec and set it to this DB.
WARNING: You usually want to do this before you start designing your
data model.  Sometimes setting it after will cause deletion of some items
in your data model!  One _possible_ workaround.  Create a new schema set
to the propert database, then drag the items out of the old schema
into the new in browser.  Sometimes this will preserve information where
changing the specification won't.
