Actually that's very easy, however, which language are you using.
In C++, that's what I tested with, you simply add a nested class to the current class. Open the class specification for the nested class and select private for the "Export Control" option. Then click OK. In the ANSI C++ add-in it produced the correct code, I would suspect in other languages it's similar.
