The sequence diagram is used to show object interaction in a time-based
sequence. Before starting the diagram, you need to
 
*       identify objects that will participant in the mouse event
*       define operations OR messages that will be passed between objects

Once finishing analysis, you can present it in a sequence diagram. 

You might refer to the Rose help for syntax
