That's interesting (really, no irony intended!). I also thought, 
that there will be no gap. But I think there still is. Sure, I often can
enrich an analyis model until it becomes a design model. But from
the design model, I often can not go back to (automatically)
see/generate
the analysis model. So I still ahve to maintain two models, if I 
want to have an analysis model, that is up-to-date. I am not
quite sure, if you might call this a gap (I am no native speaker),
but there is some sort of discrepancy, whatever you might call it.

1) In my original posting I mentioned CodaGen (as an example).
   I have even participated in a project, which has written
   its own code generators, especially to spare the programmers
   to write tedious framework code. Still the gap is there.
2) As for the 5%. I have seen many claims :-)
