Rose allows for the definition of custom properties that can be used to model tagged
values.
nfortunately, while you can get them into the model and view them on a specification
window,
you can't ever see them visually on the UML diagram as you describe.

Can't find how to create a tagged value for the class in Rose 2001.
Is it a Rose deficiency or I am missing something ?
