Hi , We are an Organization trying to implement the Rational unified process for the Pilot projects. we are of the opinion that by using Rational Rose for Design , Rational Clear Case for Configuration Mangement RUP can be implemented for these projects. There was a small debate that this would be impractical, due to budgetary constraints to invest on Rational Suite at this stage is very difficult.
