We have rose2001 working with vssafe perfectly here, only demand is that you
install
vssafe before the rational installation! and DON'T install clearcase, this
will remove
your vssafe connection with Rose.
Maybe a solution for you is to checkin/checkout from the vssafe-explorer
tool.
