First off note that mapping between data model and object model and
vise versa depends upon what database is assigned to your data base
model (schema specification) and what your default language is
currently set to (tools:option, notation tab). This mapping is
listed in online help.
If you do not like the current mapping you can override this mapping
using Domains... i.e. create a Domain, and assign your column or
attribute to use this Domain.
