I'm not sure I got it all. I've been using controlled units to sync workgroup models for a while and it's working fine. The only think we had to impose is that the Rose Path defined in it has to be the same for all people involved. The controlled units have with them this reference. I hope it helps. The associations in the diagram are a little bit different, they contain attributes for the corresponding diagram (name/ sterotype).
