It appears I'm having the same problem. I followed the instructions below and added
the registry key manually.
Rose launches JBuilder, but it doesn't find the class it's supposed to sync with.
Also, Rose thinks that it fails to launch JBuilder. Even when I have JBuilder already
launched, it launches another instance and timesout thinking it didn't launch it.
Here's a snip of the error log:
08:29:20| Problem accessing relay. (GetJBuilderPluginInstance)
08:29:20| Possible cause: rJavaRelay is not properly installed.
08:29:20| If problem persists, please take one of the following corrective actions:
08:29:20| - start JBuilder manually. or
08:29:20| - close JBuilder & Rose, and closes rjavarelay.exe (or rjavar~1.exe)
process from task manager.
