I'd say it works fine(don't know about thousands of tables, I am working
on smaller projects).
I am using VB and trick is not to let model and code get too much out of
sinc, then it gets difficult. Also, you should reversly engineer a class
by class into the model.
Also, for Data modeler difficulty is that it doesn't use "alter table",
so you loose your data with each update.
Anyway, it really works for me and let me do things a lot faster. It has
a nice feature, templates, that lets you FFWD engineer a lot of code...

I'm begining model with Rose, after some theoric experiences.

utopic. How much does Rose work as well as CASE tool, not just

I've seen people genereting code with Rose, but just class model,
