You may want to look into using SoDA, a documentation tool from
Rational. It updates your documentation as it changes. I don't know
much more about it, maybe someone else could explain it better.

How can I generate a Word report with Rational Rose.
In the help, they select Documentation Report from the Report menu but I
haven't this entry on the menu.
