I had also those troubles, but now it works fine.
does your ANSI C++ component specify any stereotype like <<DLL>> or so ?
Try do undefine the stereotype i.e. make the stereotype field empty and
generate your ANSI C++ code againd - then the specified includes will be
generated into the code.
