I set up Rational's RequisitePro ( build id 2000.02.10.149.00) and
RequisiteWeb component on Win 2000 server ( FAT ) and I'm using IE 5.
I've installed Word 97 with all required converters.
When I try to open or down load a doc, I get the following error
message..

Document path names:
Source directory: D:\shared\business
architecture\prospecting\requirements\ND.IS Prospecting2\
Temp directory: GenDoc\{2B3687C1-D0E1-11D4-B2C7-00104B94310B}\
Destination directory: c:
\inetpub\wwwroot\reqweb\GenDoc\{2B3687C1-D0E1-11D4-B2C7-00104B94310B}\
Destination HTML path:
Destination document path:
I've doubled checked for correct permissions on all directories.
I've created a DCOM_WORD user ( within the Administrator's group) and
configured DCOM for "This User" under the Identity tab.
The Source directory listed in the error above, is the location on the
project files.
The Temp directory is the virtual directory under the default web
site.
Destination directory is the same as Temp, the directory under the
default web site.
Can some one steer me in the correct direction?
