You can use de Code Template feature of Rose to do that. It is not very well documented but a white paper is available at Rational, the title is:
"VB and VC++ Templates in Rose200e and Rose2001". I have made a Singleton code template which generate code for that pattern.

Hi,
I need to overwrite the C++ code generation, is there any possibility to
do this?
Is there an Interface to interact with the C++ code generator?
e.g. to fill a Class body with a scrip generated code?
