Does this still apply if I refer to classA both
from the superclass and the subclass? Isn't the subclass dependent of classA. If
classA changes, the subclass, as well as the superclass, must take this into
consideration.

You are using the interface of your super class and you should not
care about
the implementation of it.

Do I inherit dependencies from a
superclass?
If I have a dependency from my superclass to a classA,
should I also model a
dependency from my subclass to classA? Or, is it
enough that I have the
dependency from my superclass. The forward reference
and the include are located
in the superclasse's VC++ header
file.
