some words to this question:

The answer is, that local variables don't modeled as depencies or
associations, becouse in the object modeling attributes or
variables are ownly used over a method. The question is:
represented the method a relationship (association), like
"is_Child_of", or a one time method, like "get_Color_of".
To the method arguments i must say,that i never have seen that
they was modeled as graphik. It ist the method you model and you
ask the same questions.
One thing you can say, if you have a argument in your method, the
answer is depending from the argument. So it is unlikely a
relationship, like "is_Child_of".
I am sorry for the english, but i hope youanderstand it.
