1. Type: [EMAIL PROTECTED] as the "To" address
2. Don't type anything in the "Subject"
3. On the first line of the "Body" of your email type: unsubscribe rose_forum
By sending an email with exactly the format specified above, you will be automatically removed from the mailing list. This is much more effective than sending some message saying "Get me off this list".
Just thought this might. Many seem to be struggling with this.
