Hi Petr,
I had the same problem and got the following answer from rational support:

What you describe here is a known defect (id: rose00025306) and will be
fixed in the next version of Rose.

Kind regards,
Andreas

Hi, Wayne
Sorry that I was not so precise. Of course I meant model. Again, if delete
already generated class in Rose Model entirely I get it again after reverse
engineering if I do not delete it in code explicitly.

best regard

Peter

This delete issue is a feature by design. A person may want the same element
to be on more than one diagram, so when you delete an element from a diagram
by selecting it and pressing the delete key, it just removes it from that
diagram, not the model. To completely remove an element from a model in the
diagram, select the element and press "ctrl d" or delete the item from the
browser instead of the diagram,

Subject: (ROSE) Jbuilder 5E & Rose 2001A(P1) integration work not properly?

Hi,

I did not have problems to get automatic integration of rose with Jbuilder
(there was tech note from rational site that vanished now :-) but
afterward....

It works nor properly:

If I try to assign second not public class to already existing component
with one public class rose renames this component to the name of second not
public class and displays an error. It seems that it is not possible to have
two or more classes in one component.
Another problem is that Rose Link does not delete class if I delete it in
Rose diagram.

May be I do something wrong?

Peter
