You can attach a script to a sequence diagram. See the Help Topic "Using
Scripts on Sequence Diagrams" for instructions.

Hi ,
I would like tp put some text at left part of
sequence diagram with out using note icon.
Is it possible?This is helpful for me to explain
whats happening for each or logical group of messages among the
objects.
The same is found many text books,but do not know
how to do that.
