I am having an intermittent problem that the Rose C++ generation is overwriting my source. The backup file is of zero length and the source file loses are the function implementations.

I suspect it may have something to do with the real-time scanning of my anti-virus. When the code reads the source file it is locked and thus creates a null backup file, overwriting everything. I am hesitant to turn off my anti-virus.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem, found away around it

Help much appreciated.

Thanks
