The generated code (if you look at all of it) is not the same. RT uses many
different tags in the code for different items that are very different from
Rose.

The REI is definately NOT the same. Just a cursory look showed that in RT it
is something like RoseRT.xxx for everything (automation in VB), and what
I've seen in reference to scripts run inside RoseRT, although it IS Summit
Basic, it isn't the same the way it handles most of the items. That was just
a quick look though.

Well, even though RoseRT uses UML for modeling, the actual Petal file is
very different from Rose. You cannot open a model from one tool directly in
the other tool.

Mostly in your set up. Ensure everything has been installed correctly and
ensure you can build to your target before starting in on your project.
Also, ensure you walk through all the tutorials, for RoseRT, just knowing
the UML isn't really enough (although it helps a lot in understanding the
tool).
