Hi,

I am interested in trying out the demo of rational rose. I tried
unsucesfuly to get the linux version to install and am now trying to get
the windows version to install. During installation my machine restarted
as it was supposed to but after that nothing happened. I tried
restarting the machine and relaunching the installation process but it
kept getting errors. In effort to start
over I deleted the files that had been installed. Now I am unable to
complete the previous installation and the software will not let me start
a new one until I complete the old one. I emailed the tech support staff
and was sent questions. When I replied with my answers the email address
bounced back as invalid.

Please tell me what to do to be able reinstall and try your product before
my key runs out.
