Ryan, I forward your question to Rose_forum, which is more appropriate for your question. I personally am not aware of any concrete VAJ documentations despite the rose help files (rosejava.hlp, but it just talks about setting up the environment). The RUP variant for IBM e-dev solutions only talks about Webshpere, but not directly about VAJ. Maybe someone from the Rose Forum knows more or has something.
