Josh,

The 'global' project/model association is only used for defining a default
association for packages/use cases that are not explicitly associated to a
Project. Once you have associated a Use Case to a requirement/document in a
RequisitePro Project, the parent package of that Use Case is given the same
project association ... and all other Use Cases within that package must use
the same project association. The only way to break that association is to
dissassociate all of the Use Cases within the package and then dissassociate
the package itself.

To find out what all of the current associations are, run the Rose Script
contained in Technote #17999 ...
http://www.rational.com/technotes/suites_html/WinSuites_Enterprise_html/tech
note_17999.html) on your model. If you are attempting to associate a Use
Case to a requirement/document and the 'old' project association keeps
coming up, look at the parent package association ... that's more than
likely where the old association lies.

For future reference, the best way to avoid getting into this situation is
to use Rose Path Maps when creating your project associations. This way,
the RequisitePro Project location can change and the only thing you'll need
to do with the Rose model is update where the PathMap is pointing. There is
another Rose Script (contained in a Technote available at
http://www.rational.com/technotes/rose_html/Rose_html/technote_12693.html)
which will update your existing associations to use PathMaps.
