This seems like the .cat file is
corrupted. Send it to support please and they will probably be able to fix it.

If not, The error message
reads " The instruction at "0x0138f3d4" referenced memory at
"0x013a3a38". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK
to terminate the application (an OK button follows the error message). This
message is displayed in a window called "cleardlg.exe -
Application Error".

I get this error message when I open a .cat file in Rose.
After I click on OK, the application continues to open ...
it didn't terminate as the message indicated.
How should all these be interpreted?
