There are several questions that must be posed to find out additional information that might lead to a solution. (1) What addin are you using for Code Generation? (2) What version of Rational Rose are you using? (3) What operating System are you on? This would help point in the right direction. I would also suggest reporting this issue with support as they will be able to look up if there are similar cases and if there is a work around. In addition there are scripts that can be used that will randomly change the names of all the objects in the model. Rendering the information of the model incomprehensible. This may allow you to provide the model to support.
