Nice to see the forum back to full strength again.
I have to write a presentation for senior managers on TQM and specifically
defect prevention (ie, preventing defects from getting into the code in the
first place). I have my own ideas about how to achieve a high level of
"left-shifting" (an old term for up-front verification) but I'm interested to
know how other organisations are verifying their analysis and design
models.
Any thoughts? Does anyone use Modelrun, for
example? How do you apply inspections? What about
film-strips/animations?
