You can not mix Oracle8 add-in and the data modeler add-in. However you can
define user defined data types inside of the data modeler add-in. If you use
the object relational features of Oracle 8i, you will have to use the
Oracle8 add-in for now.

Subject: (ROSE) Using Oracle Scalar Data Types in a Table created with Rose
Data Modeler

Hello!

Can I use a oracle scalar data type in a table created with Rose Data
Modeler? (Note, I import Oracle 8 Data Types, and I try to use them, but...
I can't. Someone know how I can use this?

Thanks!

Regards,

Renata
