Just my $0.02 worth, but I hope reverse engineering of sequence diagrams is not on the feature list. There's a lot of other things that need improving. I don't see how that could be of any use - it certainly doesn't give you much in the current version of Together. How would the RE tool be expected to guess the sequence of operations that produced a useful or interesting interaction?
