Hi everybody,
I have encountered some problems with Rose2001A (patch 2) and clearcase:
when I try to check in my model file I receive the following error:
text_file_delta: Error: "sdmModel.mdl" is not a 'text file': it
contains a line exceeding 8000 bytes.
Use a different type manager (such as compressed file).
cleartool: Error: Type manager "_rose" failed create_version
operation.
cleartool: Error: Unable to check in "sdmModel.mdl".
Then I printed out the 'description' of the mdl file:
checked out 20-Nov-01.12:18:42 by haug.ccuser@blabla
by view: haug_main ("xyz:/huhu/hallo/wie/haug_main")
"reverse engineered"
Element Protection:
User : haug : rwx
Group: ccuser : rwx
Other: : rwx
element type: rose
predecessor version: \main\6
Does anybody know what I have done wrong or is this a known problem of
ClearCase (or Rose) ?
