Hello, I manage an Executive Search firm. I represent two major Corporations that will be interviewing this January for a number of positions (IE), CMM, SEPG,and Rational. They are fairly new to Software Process. What they desire presently is to compile a list of Key Questions that can determine the Knowledge of the Applicants that they will interview. Positions will range from Lead Assessors, Program Managers, Configuration Managers, Software Process Engineers, SQA Engineers, Developers, Rational Administrators etc.
