You have my sympathy, but I'm not sure whether Rational is the correct recipient of complaints, or the supplier of the platform that keeps needing upgrades every few months. Or indeed the LAN people or whoever it was selected such a platform. (BTW, I've been on a project that got stung rather nastily with Solaris upgrades - maybe there's no easy solution?).
