Honestl y wouldn't know since it's been such a long time since I touched Cadre.
I would it unlikely, because, If as you suggest you are using Teamwork SA/RT then there is going to be little comaptability between the diagrams. The only possible transfers that I could think of are STDs into State/Activity diagrams and ERDs into Class diagrams. Since Cadre used pure State Transition Diagrams and Rose uses Statecharts this translation may not be as simple as it first appears, even doing it manually. I know that Cadre transfers to BridgePoint, but that's probably going in the opposite direction. The other possibility is if you can find an XMI interface for Teamwork.
