You should not create the use case again in the logical view, that would be duplication!
You should drag the use case from the use case view down into your diagram in the logical view. This means that your use case realisation references the correct use case and traceability is maintained. If you created your use case again in the logical view then that would in fact be a new, entirely different use case (although it may have the same name).
