I not sure what problem you encountered but I know that there was a bug
in the 2001 version of Rose that is claimed to be fixed in 2001a update
(just installed so can't claim that the fix works yet.) The problem was
that Rose did not maintain the order of the elements specified in the DTD
and hence you could end up with invalid definitions. If this is not what
you ran into, post a sample and more detail.
