The first action of the user is to determine from which entrance he is going to order a product? I think I prefer using 'basic flow' and 'alternative flows', because when the different paths include many actions, the diagram will not be clear. Many action and arrows will be crossing eachother (?). Could that be a good way of modelling as well?
