"sequence diagram related to a use case diagram" means that I open the use case specification, and then I add a sequence diagram. In that way I know that the sequence diagram represents the use case.
In the browser, the sequence diagram is under the use case object. Everything is located under the Logical View package (by the way I still don't quite understand the meaning of the packages in Rose).
