Hello Nitin,
Unless you are looking for a simple "How-To" on creating
controlled units (e.g. *.cat, *.sub, etc.), organizing a system
model into appropriate controlled units is quite a broad subject
where concepts like level-of-abstraction, mutli-user development,
and etc. play a big part.
Just to get you started, the Rose tool's Help, itself, has
quite elaborate information on "Controlled Units", "Organizing a
Model in Controlled Units", and "Designating a Package as a
Controlled Unit". Please read through the mentioned topics in
the Rose Help, and throw any questions/concerns you may have to
me or the forum.
